My front tyre on my inokim light 2 was flat and I went to get it changed. The service was great got scooter up and Running in 30 minutes which was very quick. Service is quick and very reliable

They switched my flat tire but didn't check that the wheel itself was damaged, which lead to another flat tire, more time wasted, more money spent, with no mention of taking responsibility for the missed responsibility.

Here sre the details. Got a flat tire replaced at the shop on Thursday Feb 23rd. It was done quickly, which I appreciated. Then I took the scooter out to ride on Monday Feb 28th, after leaving it home for the weekend, and the tire was flat again after just sitting indoors. I called and was told to bring it to the store and they would fix it for me. Came in on Tuesday Feb 28th and the worker, who was the same one who changed my tire originally, said my whole wheel was done and that I would keep getting flats. Then why didn't he say that when he changed the tired the first time? It would be one thing if i got a unlucky flat tire by running something over, but no he said the the wheel itself was finished. Then he suggested that I switch to a solid tire, which would cost me $200. I had already spent $60 just a few days prior at this shop to have my tire replaced, and when i called i was told it would be fixed for me but now im just being offered an option of spending more money. If the wheel itself was damaged and they didn't check or see, then the original $60 I spent did not do at all what i paid them to do. I wanted to not return to this store again, so I just paid to get my tire replaced to the solid tire so I would never have to come here again.

Tire went flat within 5 min of riding. When I call about was told there was nothing that could be done.
